Production Information

All Hoppe Fairings, Trax Running Boards for Tri Glide, Audio Shades, and Audio Minis are made-to-order items with variable turnaround times. Customers may refer to their Hoppe CSR communication for estimated fulfillment times of their custom orders.

Order Cancellations

A 10% processing fee will be retained on all cancelled orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are fulfilled.

Returns for Refund or Exchange

Hoppe Fairings and Audio Shades are not eligible to return for refunds or exchanges.

All other items sold in the Hoppe store (less than $750 value) are eligible to return for either a refund or an exchange.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount due as a refund to the customer.

Return Shipping 

The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
